wiki posting application

Hi, I need a multi-threaded wiki poster software to be made in vb.net. Here are the details : 1) It should be made in vb.net with httpwebrequests and not browser 2) It will register an account by decoding images at deathbycaptcha - there are mainly 2 types of security images (very easy) 3) It will save login info in a text document after registration 4) It should load accounts from a text document and then post article in these accounts. 5) It should be multi-threaded (user can change deathbycaptcha login info and number of threads) 6) It should get the final url of the article posted.
