PST Recovery

Recover Deleted PST files. Deleted file recovery of Outlook PST files. Not only must the deleted file be found but because it was deleted information on the file is lost except for what cluster the file started on and how large it is. This is a problem because valuable PST files are usually very large and fragmented. I need a program capable of recovering the file and putting back together the fragmented peices of the file by searching the clusters on the disk for the fragmented parts of the file. This should be able to be accomplished by looking for hex values for the different folders, attachments etc.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The softwar must work in all Windows 9.x, NT, 2000 & XP OS
