Palm Pilot World Clock

Good day, I need a Palm Application that will display world times on my HandSpring. The application must work as follows: -> Once the application is installed on the Palm, the user must then specify the time zone they are in ofcourse this has to be configurable. -> Once the user has configured the Palm they should have the ability to add cities and time zones to a form. The form is ofcourse saved. Users must be able to add/remove/change cities/time zones/etc. There must be a database of cities on the Palm Application that can be updated via synchronization etc. It must have all the cities, times, etc. -> When a user executes the application they should be able to see their local time in addition to all the cities and times they had specified before. -> I also need it to have a way of securing it, i.e. register key etc. for piracy stuff. The ability to beam to another Palm Pilot needs to be disabled or can be beamed but requires a key to open it. -> The user interface must be easy to use and if a city doesn't exist in the database, the ability to add another city to the database should be available.
