Need non-rectangular dialog box framework

I'm looking to create an interface as shown in the following screen capture: [login to view URL] I've also attached a screen shot of the app. I'M NOT LOOKING FOR A SPYWARE APP. I'm only interested in the UI for this app. Therefore, I need someone to deliver a framework that allows for the following aspects of that UI: * I need to be able to have an image that stretches across the top of the dialog like their logo does. * Note that the top part of the image replaces the titlebar. Without using Spy++, I'm not sure what they're doing, but I'd bet that they're not showing a title bar and simply drawing the min, max and close buttons are drawn on the client area. * I need to be able to programmatically determine things like a user moving over and clicking on an area of that image (such as where the menu items are) * Rounded edges are needed for the dialog box * Dialog does NOT have to resize, BUT must be able to maximize * I would like to be able to use a dialog template resource for the remainder of the dialog box, but will let you tell me how that would work with your solution as long as it allows me to quickly create the desired effect. If you are going to use a 3rd party product, that's fine. However, I need to know what product BEFORE I accept your bid in order to determine if I'm okay with their runtime and royalty structure. Regarding language, I'd much prefer something that I can use as a Visual C++ programmer. However, I would accept .NET. In that case, I'd prefer Managed C++ or C#. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The framework must allow me to create user interfaces like the one shown in the attached screen shot. If I can't replicate this exact dialog box using your framework, then the project will not be considered complete and I won't be able to accept any of your work. ## Platform Preferred: Visual C++/MFC (native) Would accept: .NET (MC++ or C#)
