Modified Windows Dailer

I am looking for a dialer program. Requirements are: I can hide a prefix and suffix to the the user name for dialing an ISP service. It would also be great if it had some way to keep an up to date list of available dialup phone numbers in a local file and check for updates when it came on line. I also need it to be able to be configured via an INS file like the MS Dunn. Some kind of hook to check a URL for a variable that will set what web page to open in browser, no matter what start page is set in the browser. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP
