This project will involve voice recognition / biometrics Please see ms word doc attachement in zip format, for functional requirments. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Looking at both resumes and past projects, I have seen no one display any experience directly in the voice recognition which is a core requirment in the project. We will need all bidders to update their bids to include the following information please. 1. What voice card they will be testing the code with. 2. The timeline of the project, understanding we will have a 90 deadline. 3. Verfiy that you understand the most critical portion of this code will be the combination of voice verification & the algorithm of testing for the voice print for the offender being drunk or high. As such we would like this phase to be the 1st portion of the code. 4. We will need at least weekly progress reports. 5. A final clarification to some who have sent questions, all telephone calls in and out will be standard POTS lines, we will not be using VOIP or hosted service providers phone api.
