Decryption function for AIM passwords

I would like a function made to decrypt the stored, new style password encryption (AIM 5.0 and above) of the AOL Instant Messanger software. I belive the passwords are stored in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\America Online\AOL Instant Messenger (TM)\CurrentVersion\Users\UsernameHere\Login or something like HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3311523882-571571657-2039975728-1006\Software\America Online\AOL Instant Messenger (TM)\CurrentVersion\Users\UsernameHere\Login. I prefer that the code be written in visual basic, but if another language is used, I would like a .DLL made, that can be called from a visual basic program. The function should have 1 input value, the AIM username and it should return a string value of the password. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform All windows.
