C++ Conversion Programming

I need some existing C++ code to converted. Currently some of it works with Visual Studio 6.0, but we need it all to compile and be called from other C++ Programs. I have included the source below so that you can get a better picture of what you are bidding on. One thing is I am going to need one to two week turn around. I am not as concerned about the lowest bid. I am more concerned about someone who can finish this project quickly, and completely. I will need a list of references that I can contact also.
