Browser Helper Object for Internet Explorer

Hi, I am new to this kind of technology so please bear with me. I need a BHO designed that may work as a normal EXE application for installation integrating itself with Internet Explorer. This is what I want the BHO to do: 1) Have a simple installation / Uninstallation procedure. Something like the Google Toolbar. 2) Now this BHO will become active only when the user opens up any of the Search Engines. Namely - Google, MSN, YAHOO. Please bear in mind the geographical targetting. Which means if I am in Italy, I open [login to view URL] and not google.com. 3) Now - whenever a user types out his search term, let us say "used cars" the BHO shall be placing data (information) beside ALL the search results that are displayed. I am taking [login to view URL] as an example. Meaning: It should be able to display the number of baclinks to a search result, the alexa ranking of the page, the number of sites indexed in that specific search engine just beside the cached - similar pages. (I have attached a screen shot) 4) Please let me know how this shall be handled. Would these be pulled from a different server and then displayed, OR can the BHO use the client's internet resources to pull the results. Different versions of Windows would be certainly an added advantage. Also, please keep in mind the resolution of a user's monitor. The results should display perfectly.
