Reverse Engineer My Lead Program

Hi everyone, I've had a windows lead program that was developed in Delphi but unfortunately my programmer has been MIA lately and the software is running into some trouble. It is an application that mines data off a classified site and lets you mail them. I am looking for someone to reverse engineer this application and help to solve some of the email deliverability issues we are facing.
