Three New Sites Needed

Hi, I need 3 different websites put up with the same functionalities as [login to view URL] Obviously all three have to be different unique designs. I will need a functionality to email all the members at once and be able to pass along some type of subid in the link. If you are familar with cash crusader script, this would be perfect. I also want to have offers set up side by side and that will be shown to the user after they get to the bonus [login to view URL] would need to be some sort of passing a subid functionality For an example on the bonus page layout please see [login to view URL] If you get the job, i will show you what the layout is for the other offers page. 3 different designs because it will be 3 seperate sites. i will also need 6 different sized banners for each site. facebook, rss and twitter and blog integration for all 3 sites. I am looking for something professional, not too flashy and to be done as quick as possible.
