URGENT & SMALL JOB : Convert Facebook Login in Classic ASP to PHP

We have a Classic ASP file that we have a function in that we use to log people in using the Facebook API. We have converted the website to PHP and just need this one file converted to PHP. This should be a simple job for someone who is familiar with CLassic ASP and PHP and Facebook API. I have attached the Classic ASP file.
