Three Phase Electricity Meters Reading Analysis and Report Generation

Actually in India, over a certain amount of electricity load three phase meters are installed and reading of those meters is collected periodically which is saved as MRD files, Event files and few other files. These files includes total consumption, tempering events, meter details (CT Ratio, PT? ratio etc). A single MRD file , event file may contain details for many meters. In addition a Excel file is there that contains fixed information of consumer provided by electricity department. **Task: 1. To read those MRD AND OTHER FILES. 2. To generate a report based on the row data available.? ? Need a web interface that will accept the name of MRD only. Automatically finds other files from MRD file name. Extracts information, and display result as MS Word DOC file. ** Electrical Background is must to handle this project. Since I do not have Electrical background so i am forced to post? this project.
