Steganography and picture Meta search engine

Hello, Please only bid on this project, if you have proof experience with **Steganography** (Information hiding in a picture, only JPG) and preferred knowledge of programming of a Meta search engine. Please visit <[login to view URL]>[][1] PART A: INSERT HIDDEN COPYRIGHT 1.) UI choose a directory (option to run also through all subdirectories recursively) 2.) enter small copyright text that should be hidden in the picture via steganography technique (e.g. "(C)2.2.05 by Company") 3.) start button 4.) Software runs through directories and inserts in all pictures the hidden copyright text via steganography -Progress bar with number of images done of x images total -cancel button -finish message. PART B: SEARCH ENGINGE We need a high effective and fast Meta Search Spider (coded in C#) that runs fast in multipe tasks on a Windows server and searches the internet for pictures with the copyright. It searches for a hidden copyright that is defined in its options. Therefor it downloads the pictures that are spidered. The concept should be: It should be enough to just download the first bytes of each picture and already determine if it contains a copyright of the Algorithm from part A. Sources can be used: <[login to view URL]>[][2] ## Deliverables !! Pictures must still be in very good quality !! Algorithm must be robust, Pictures must be 20-30% editable/compressable/cuttable and still contain the copyright text !! The search engine in PART B must be able to detect a watermark within the first bytes of the picture. Please notice: Please provide a weekly report with sources and good progress at every step. Part A and B in the description must BOTH work. Only one Part is considered as NOT solved. PART B additional information The options in this part contain: - copyright text to search for, can also be more then one. - keyword(s) (the search checks only domains that are related to the keyword(s). If the keyword is on any subsite, the hole site is checked for violations) "AND" "OR" possible - define the # of multi-tasks and the priority of the search - start search engine, e.g. [login to view URL] - define the size of the temp directory that stores all ever downloaded pictures with their path. This path can be written in a index file of excluded pictures (so that they are never checked again) - excluded domain(s) that are not searched - parameters, as depth in a domain - email adress to send the violation link to, if PART B finds a violation it writes an simple email to the user that contains the link to the picture. System remembers already checked pictures via temp dir and index and never checks them again, (until the index is deleted) 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform Software must run in Windows XP / Windows Server.
