.NET Newsletter Component

Allows email to be sent to different roles/groups in the portal. Allows [Add New], [Edit] and [Save] template feature like in Community Starter Kit for DotNetNuke and IBuySpy. Keeps a log of the emails sent (Staring UserID, Ending UserID, Start Time, End Time, no. of users sent to, name of email template used, attachment (browse and upload), progress bar (just like in Community Starter Kit), mail merge feature where tads denote fields which are to be puled from the users table, e.g. in the email template will be replaced by the Username field from the users table and will be replaced from the password field. Allows the template to be sent as HTML or as Text, includes an unsubscribe link which uses the user's userid and a random number generated for each different newsletter to unsubsribe the user. The email address in the [From] field of the emails sent and the SMTP server name should be retrieved by the application from the [login to view URL] file. The application should preferrably be implemented as one control that you set a 'PortalType' property to 'IBuySpy' or 'IBuySpyWorkshop' to load one or the other types of controls, but implementing them as two different controls is okay. The component should work as a control that is added from the Admin menu for both DotNetNuke and IBuySpy and should also include some complete setup and deployment file. Technical Requirements: (1.) When you bid please include clear information about: your .NET expertise and about the projects you have done on DotNetNuke, IBuySpy, CommunityStarterKit and/or .NET. (2.) I am a strong .NET programmer, so the coding has to be well commented and well designed.
