450811 iPhone Application developer needed. 2

I am looking to hire a reliable mobile app developer for a long-term engagement. Please review the attached specs for the first phase of this project. Max budget is $2500 for iPhone and Android if you can do both. Otherwise we can workout details if you can only do one. iPhone app will need to be ready in less than a month and timing is very critical.
