Geo-location Requirements

Three Geo-location Requirements as separate library with test programs to test it 1. Getting nearby street names or locations inside the DB* from a geo-location point (longitude & Latitude). I could get one street name using following google api [login to view URL],-83.05254932&sensor=false 2. Web based tool to mark a polygon area in a map (e,g google map) on the phone device and save it in data base with name given by the user with an unique record id in the server. Then provide a functionality that identifies a geo-location is inside the polygon. Reference of database is SQL Server as it has some geo-location identification functionality. 3. Allow to mark a sections of roads using the phone devices again if it web based – that is preferred and stores in the database in server by webservice call. Then have very light weight mobile app that would track if driver is passing through that section of road. And if yes sends that information to the server. The application needs to be optimize so that it takes very few reading of GPS if it not near any marked sections of road but takes more readings to confirm and track when it is passing through the marked sections of road.
