Create Wizard to Convert Delimited file to SQL

This is the first stage to an ongoing project. My main objective is to test your skills as a coder/project planner. This will be ongoing, future jobs can be sent as bonuses or private jobs. I need a project that does the following: I have a table that contains a number of fields. (Firstname, lastname, phonenumber, etc) What I need is for a Web Based wizard to do the following 1- Upload the file 2- Attempt to determine the schema of the file (Explained future later) 3- If no match it will display uploaded data and have you select which fields match to the fields in the SQL table 4- Program should ask for a name to save the schema 5- Program will ask the SOURCE of the file (An updatable Drop Down box) 6- System will show records that are missing a phone1 field and warn that they will NOT be inserted 7- System will show ALL records to be inserted 8- Program will insert data into SQL table (Except for the skipped fields) Things to be aware of: 1- Files will be of different formats, may be comma delimited, tab, etc. Files may also have text qualifiers or not. 2- When file is uploaded. System should attempt to match to a schema, if schema already exists, then it will notify user which schemia its using and preselect the fields in the next screen. 3- Next version will deal with other file formats such as excel, MS Access, etc Basically this system should be a Web Based version of the IMPORT TEXT feature within MS ACCESS with the addition of the Matching the field names and Appending the data ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP or ASPX
