ASP.NET experienced coder with some classic ASP experience is needed.

ASP.NET experienced coder with some classic ASP experience is needed I need a coder that is VERY proficient in ASP.NET and with some knowledge of classic ASP for ASP to ASP.NET conversion purposes. I have a lot of work and once I chose the coder, I will upload here the work to be done and the todo list. The coder needs to be: 1) Responding to work assigned and posts on daily basis. 2) Have good command of English language and no spelling or grammar mistakes. 3) Have a good and immediate access to internet for quick responses. 4) Work fast 5) Work independently 6) Be able to troubleshoot independently. 7) Upload work to RAC and my server on daily basis. 8) Work if needed full time. 9) Be extremely organized for coding tasks requiring rewriting of code from classic ASP to ASP.NET. (The work is to be done in ASP.NET but all functions to be copied one by one from classic ASP). We will then agree on the due dates.
