ASP contact form and cookie tracking

[login to view URL] My client needs that request form on the left hand side modified so if the person submitting the form came in from Google, the form will include the keywords/keyphrases used by the person to find the website. This client's site uses ASP. So you must be proficient in using asp. Key notes: 1) The email will need to be in a very specific format (I will provide this upon acceptance) 2) We want to retain the referral information if the person switches pages, so you will also need to track (via cookies I would assume) the referral so if the person comes in via page A and winds up submitting the form on page B, we still have the keyword/keyphrase information. 3) You will first be building a development version of the page on the website that will allow us to test the script and the functionality prior to making it live 4) You will be responsible for updating the site to use the coding after testing is done and approved. 5) You will be responsible for 14 days of technical support should any problems arise after the coding has been made live Payment: 90% of the payment will be released upon completion of the project (scripting done, tested and made live) and the final 10% after the two week live probationary period. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
