Minimum data about picture: author, dimensions...description! Procedure: Each author will have its own subdirectory! jpg files will be uploaded via ftp. This is to avoid manual uploads to the site pic by pic! In thumbnail directory will be a resized pictures with the same filename. Each Author will be get a password and user name that he could upload other data about picture and flag to set picture visible on the main page. No special requirements on this small project! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
