Action Website

Looking for a well organized auction website. No preference has been given to laguage although I am perosnally partial to php but the webspace has not been setup yet so it can be anything thatlooks good and works. Website Looks should be designed to match <[login to view URL]> Want to have multiple areas for the auctions and multiple auctions in each. want the newest three auctions to be displayed on the fron page at all times. Admin should be able to login to an admin page and setup areas, auctions, expiry dates and all bid info etc including but not nessesarily a picture. Please do not bid if you do not understand the bid software. Priority is ease of use and good looks:) Would need to be done in 30-60 days depending on final agreement. Please submit an address to see concept work. Want automatic picking of winning on expirey date and email notificiation to admin and winner. Also want winner automatically posted on each auction when the time comes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Not decided i am personally partial to php but the webspace has not been set up yet.
