27700 Subscription Service + DB

Hello, I require a script for a ringtone/pictures/games etc. website. I have the full site design and just need the back end completed. What is required: 1. Sign up process with members area. With free 100 credits. 2. A subscription paid via paypal (monthly) to get unlimited credits. 3. A wap page that when the user enters an id for the content and inputs their username and password they can download the item from there phone providing they have enough credits. 4. A simple admin frontend to add credits to accounts and add content such as games,pictures,ringtones etc. Thanks for your time. Kind Regards Robert King
