36971 OSCommerce Enhancements

I need assistance in implementing a couple of changes to Os Commerce. There are three changes/enhancements I would like to make. 1. I need the index page after login to display all products (there are only five in this shop) with Qty Box. The page will only have one Add to Cart button that will add all item quantities to the cart for each product. 2. Customer will be assigned a minimum total order quantity based on a membership level. The checkout process will need to verify that the customer has purchased minimums (and not exceeded product allocation) prior to checkout. 3. Each product will have allocation quantities. Each product will have 5 levels of allocation (eg. new member can only purchase 1 product and best customer can buy more). A customer can only sign up for (or be assigned to) one level. I have updated the database to include the needed fields and have done preliminary work to include the fields in the account and product maintenance programs. I am new to php and have reached the limit of things I'm comfortable changing.
