299950 Cold Fusion search engine, etc

I am making an apartment locating site, and I am needing someone to build 2 search engines, one that searches by price, region, number of bedrooms, etc, and one that searches vacancy listings. I have templates made of what I want the search results page to look like. There also needs to be a login page where the users can update their listings, as well as their vacancies. The users also need to be able to save their favorite properties to a 'my favorite properties' section of some sorts. I've messed around with cold fusion a little, and have created the login pages, and all of the databases, I'm just needing help with the more complicated things. This is just a brief overview of what I need, keep in mind certain little things are bound to pop up along the way, so bid with this in mind. I am needing this to be completed within 2 weeks at the very latest, a week would be very great, and would constitute a higher price.
