Help develop and improve a watch brand in its initial stages

We are a watch brand and are in the process of launching a big campaign. We have a number of photoshop tasks that we need a professional designer to attend to. We are in the process of having our watches designed and since the first stage of drafts we have watch samples. However there are quite a few changes that need doing, we need to design a broader ranger and need someone who can enhance the current watches we have on jpeg to more life like images using colours (mainly case colours) from existing watch brands and from the links we recommend. Other tasks will involve making changes to the watch features. We have had a number of people attempt to do basic changes which UK designers can easily do, unfortunately these have not been to the same standard and actually look a lot worse, the reason we are not using UK designers is the ridiculously high costs and the time it takes to complete tasks. The project is quite extensive, very tedious but should be easy for an expert.
