Design Mockup - baseball cap design

I am charged with organising some more of momento. We will purchase pre-curved baseball caps that have 3 logos embroided on it. Front Logo - use the Phillip Island Adventure Park Side or Peak Logo - use the Number 6 with some prominance as its a Grade 6 camp Writing on the back of the Logo - MLC Father Daughter Camp 2013 this is similar to examples shown. I need the design done so I can give it to the Cap Manafacturer hence this request. They have asked for Fonts and Design showing what it will look like in PDF. I have added a word document of the sort of example I would want as a output.
