Deep etching 14 TIFF pictures, add a small shadow and save as TIFF + JPG

I have 14 .TIFF pictures with almost white background. I need you to 1. deep-etch the pictures and let the background clear 2. add a light shadow like on example (shadow has to be on another layer) 3. crop the picture to the limit of the object, make it square and add 10% border 4. save as TIFF high resolution + JPG with shadow 600x600px + JPG with no shadow 600x600px Deadline is 23-08-2015.
