Funny caricature or cartoon - Winner will multiplie the prize by 4 !!

Hi, We (Monte-Carlo Multimedia) are a small firm of 4 employees settle in Monaco. I need a caricature or cartoon for each of us in order to be print ( 30 x 40 cm). It is for an internal use As a start, propose me something funny with the picture in attach file. The winner will do after with the same spirit the caricature of the 3 other persons (trought freelancer.com of course). So you can earn a total of 160 USD (40*4). GL to every one. Surprise me.
