Fix bug in microsoft azure Text to Speech (SDK) feature implanted in IONIC app.

We implanted Microsoft Azure in Ionic mobile app in order to read words loud. In the android version of the TTS feature is working fine (text is being said loud) From some reason the TTS feature doesn't work in the Iphone (IOS) app While clicking the speaker icon next to the work the user get an error "Network error" instead of playing the word. Let me know if you can help me to solve it.
