230011 Craigs List Auto flagger

I am looking to have a craigs list autoflagger piece of software designed. This Piece of software needs to: 1)let me load in the craigs list url 2) taking the input data from 1 above immediately begin floagging that ad until that ad has been listed as "flagged for removal" by craigslsit. 3) the piece of software needs to be able to switch IP addresses (ones that Craigs list DOES NOT BLOCK) to effectively flag ads in a timely manner. 4) this piece of software will become copyrighted to my company and you will surrender all work product, disks, manuals, and all other erreta upon payment.
