Quickbooks and PayPal automation of sales and payments in Woocommerce

Hi there, You say "we want some rules created to make it more automated... rules so that it matches the sales in quickbooks. also a rule where the paypal processing fee is deducted automatically." Rules OR conditions for quickbooks invoice also RULE to deduct paypal fee along with checkout price for orders right? I think i need to review all the plugins related to these and do custom coding for it to work in checkout. Discuss with me and give me access so i review and work with you and finish please.
