Large blacklight painting. Visible under blacklight only

Looking for a large painting 60"x120". This will be be a painting of a cloudy sky by day and with black light should change to a dramatic evening sky. I can send examples. I cant find anyone locally that does this so I am reaching out to see if a freelancer can paint and then mail me the finished product. I can supply the blacklight and the paint. Payment with accepted video of the finished product if that works for you
