Add Products to Open Cart Store

I have a cosmetics website developed in Open Cart that needs 10-15 products added to it's current inventory. The site already has most of the products uploaded I just need the remaining products added. The website was originally done in wordpress and was switched to Open Cart with a new design. The products that are missing are on the original wordpress site files. I also have a document that will point you to the products that need to be uploaded. I'm not sure if there is a way to pull the old wordpress site content without taking down the new site. The products need to be inserted just as the others (product price, descriptions, images, etc). It's not a super large project but I am very busy so I cannot get to it. I need the products uploaded asap.
