Develop a Mac Application -- 2

We are looking to create an APP designed specifically for Iphones and Ipads. The APPs function is to help clothing stores customize and order clothing pieces, this includes some simple workflow steps and design to obtain the best user experience. This app is solely used between business to business, therefore it should be designed for the user to gather information about the customers personal information, designs in tailored suits and measurements of fabric. The information should then be sent to the final user (Tailor) for the suit to be created. The App needs a Home screen, Customer data sheet, New order, inputs of measurements and a finished order. This app needs to be finished by the 1st of December and we have a budget of 100 euros. We want to start as soon as possible, preferably within the next few days.
