Ukrainian coders only - dating message sender

Hello! This project is for Ukrainian coders only. There is a Ukrainian dating website (one of the biggest, won't mention name here). I need a software that will: 1. Conduct a search based on criteria 2. Extract ID's of people included in that search 3. Send predefined messages to specified number of people 4. Remember to whom messages were sent and when (so for example I can set a limit that I don't send any message again to a person for 3 months) Thank you and happy bidding :)
