Development of PDF printer driver

We're looking for a printer driver to be made that outputs the resulting document in PDF format. It's important for us that the driver installs and works cleanly on Windows XP - 7 and doesn't show any popup windows or ask any questions when used. The PDF document will need to be saved with a specific file extension (not PDF) then be executed so it opens up in our application (which will hold that file extension association). There will need to be two different versions of the driver made, with the only difference between each being the name of the device and the extension of the file that is saved. This will be used as part of a larger application.
