Build HTML Reports using DNN Reports Module + Module Functionality

This project requires modifying Advanced Survey Module (links survey results) to add weighting option to survey answers for report calculations. In addition, 3 reports should be created. 1. Report is presenting question and open ended answer (textbox/text area) text like attachment. 2. Report that presents questions and answers in a modified format depending on question type 3. Report that takes linked data and presents that data in a report calculating degrees of commonality as shown in attachment. Sample Reports Shown.
