.NET c# - Task Manager API

I need a Simple ASP C# interface to work like my own task manager tool (just like windows task manager) I dont need any UI/ Screen for this. This should work like an API, When ever i call this program, it should return all the Current work processes running with details (PID, memory allocated to that PID, etc..) and The total Memory installed on that server and free memory for available. Example: i will publish this .aspx and .cs files into my local IIS or windows server IIS. when ever i call the url http://localhost/sys/[login to view URL] , it should return me an xml file with details of work process running in XML / JSON format. http://localhost/sys/[login to view URL], it should return me Available memory, Cached memory, Total memory, installed memory in XML / JSON Format http://localhost/sys/[login to view URL], it should return me all running processes ([login to view URL]) - Service name, description, startup type, Logon User
