Data Sync Project

I am working on a smart client project which works offline also. I want to use sync framework to do this job over WCF. My scenario is like my client applications will download some static data( master tables data ) from WCF service and update its local database(when ever required). Work in offline mode, do all transactions and finally sync back to server(these tables can be either transaction or master tables) should be using WCF. Here everything should be passed from wcf only. Issue – As we have used primary key as identity column in table, which I read can cause problems. What could be best solution for it. We do have branch code also in table but not as part of primary key. But I want this service with installation guide just in one day. I will pay halft when work will be completed and remaining after testing in my VM. Thanks
