1. Build an application with login page with user name/password/MFA 2. Authenticate users against Okta and promot user for mfa if needed 3. Fetch users/group based on search criteria 4. Display current user attributes and another text field for new values 5. Before updating Okta, update local db with same record. 6. Use AWS RDS instance for db updates
