Need experienced SQL developer to create a relational database for ROR website

We are looking for an experienced SQL developer to use PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar to create a database structure to work on the existing database powering our website developed in ROR. The successful applicant will work on to develop a relational database to optimise and tune the performance of database system. You will develop essential missing SQL queries and stored procedures for effective query performance. The database will be maintained with definite tables that are the different characteristics of the product we promote. Following points will highlight on how we want the database structure be developed as; - The location of the product need to be powered by Google API, and the Country, State, City, Location, will be fetched through google map and the concerned tables generated and populated in the database - Database to be finely queried for effective product search results with respect to different search parameters. Like as per the location, characteristics, type, making, build, year etc. - The Database will be queried to generate an SEO friendly URL for through different aspect of the product - The search query to see all available product in a particular location needs to extend further away with the searched product characteristics. - Need to display information from the database on a google map where our product are based To be discussed further on the inside.
