271003 Move Database to new server

I need to move a vbulletin database to a new server. I only have FTP access to the old server and have tried using mysqldumper. It will complete the backup fine. But when I go to import it on my server from the command line I get the error below. ERROR 1062 (23000) at line 5489591: Duplicate entry '564334' for key 1 the error is inthe .sql file itself because I have cleared the DB and tried the import twice now with the same result. I'm guessing wither the DB needs to be fixed before I do another dump or can the .sql file be fixed?
