Write an Android , ios application for on demand uber like service

I would like to develop uber like on demand services for call drivers. The app will have customer and driver login for both android and ios. Website admin with all the features(Dispacher details). The model works like how uber/ola and other on demand services work. We are giving call drivers. So when a user books a call driver , the nearest driver and intimated and he accepts or reject's it. If he rejects, It is forwarded to other drivers. The user can book the driver now or for later purposes. The driver is intimated when to go. The admin panel should control all the activites. The ul must be designed keeping in mind the best user experience. You also need to do logo/branding for the application. Start your reply with "54321" so that i can fikter non interested ppl.
