We require Design and Development (for Android - PHASE 1) with the following high level requirements: 1) User register by choosing a unique user name. 2) On Home page User should be able to see a list of Posts (similar to news in Pulse app). Post can be anything: text, link, image, video 3) This is the most imp functionality - User can open any Post. Can see the comments and can post comment or reply to any comment (either with his username or as anonymously). 4) User can also up and down a comment. There will be a score of a user based on = comment (1 score) + 1 up vote (1 score) - 1 down vote (1 score) 5) on home page there will be Top users - first row, Top stories (this week) - second row, Top stories (this month) - third row. Rest of the rows will be provided (will be based on topics like politics, sports etc) 6) User can click on any username and can see his profile: his posts, and his comments 7) Admin functionality to control the content (add, remove) and the users (add, remove, block etc). PHASE 2: Same with iPhone PHASE 3: 1) Users can post the content: text, link, image, video etc based on some score which can be set by Admin. 2) Users can choose what will appear on their home screen. Can change which topics will appear on home page 9kind of subscription like in pulse). Imp Info - 1) PLEASE provide the cost for PHASE 1 in the bids and provide details of Phase 2 and Phase 3 in the bid details. 2) I will go with Agile way; so will be expecting outcome every week or two and will pay based on Sprints in trenches.
