Hi, I have 5+ years experience on app development on android and ios both platform. I have also knowledge of cross platform like phonegap(cordova), xamarian, ionic and native development as well. Let me know if you already developed design wireframe of app.

Hi As I understand the app should work on a tablet fixed in a position and with all the system buttons disabled. The UI with smileys and pop ups would take about a day. For saving data on the device I can create a local SQLite database. A database gets a new entry with date, time and rating each time the feedback is given. For the supervisor I think i can create a small login button in the corner or another app which connects to the same database. The supervisor screen would contain a list of all ratings received + some menu options(delete feedback, add new supervisor, change password etc.).A daily report sending by email can be added with sending all feedback and clearing the database. This would also take about a day to make. For the alerts I didn't understand clearly how should the app notify the personal. It can send an SMS to all workers, but its hard to know which of them is near the location. For that to work all workers should have an app to send their location to some server constantly.
