Write an Android application

I need an Apache Cordova application using Visual Studio 2015 that will be used as spelling game. BUDGET IS $60 Features: - Words will be stored in a JSON file (id, word, sample sentence) - mp3 file for each word - Ability to review words in a tinder-like cards (view word, sample sentence and listen to mp3 pronunciation) - Test mode: Run the mp3 and ask user to enter word and validate entry - Ability to track flagged words - Ability to track wrongly spelled words.
