Build me a random generator app for chess.

I need an app that will randomly generate rows, columns and the intersecting board space for a chess board. The design should show a conventional chess board, with the white pieces on rows 1-2 and black pieces on rows 7-8, similar to the first image in the attached files. The board must be numbered 1-8 and A-H, as shown in the image. When the app user touches the chess board on the touchscreen of their mobile phone or tablet, I need the app to randomly generate a row, column, and board space at the intersection of the row and column. The generated row and column should be highlighted, like what you see in the second attached file (but without the arrow, etc.). I suggest, for example, subdued pink highlight for the vertical column, and light blue for the horizontal row, and the board space where the two lines intersect should stand out (bright yellow, or similar bright color or device to draw attention to that square). Each time the app user touches the image of the chess board on their device, it must randomly generate another row, column, and board space in this manner. On the same app page, below the image of the board, I new two additional random generators (side-by-side) -- one to randomly generate either a number 1 or a number 2, and the other to randomly generate an image of a "thumbs up" or a "thumbs down" sign (as in the old gladiator sign of "thumb up" means you live whereas "thumb down" means you die). My idea for the "1 or 2" image would be a circle with the image 1/2 inside. Each time the user touches the image of the circle on their device, it will randomly generate either a one or a two inside the circle. After ten seconds, that image will automatically revert to the fraction 1/2. However, at any time (whether the circle is showing an answer, i.e., either a 1 or a 2, or whether it is showing 1/2), the user can touch the circle again and generate another randomized answer. As for the thumb up or down symbol, I would use a clipart image that is not copyright protected. Again, have a circle or square with a small thumb up/thumb down inside the circle. Every time the user touches the image of the icon on their touchscreen, it gives a random "thumb up" or "thumb down" in the circle. After ten seconds, this reverts to the original (thumb up/thumb down) image inside the circle. My suggestion would be something like the attached file images, but it has to be copyright free. Note: all images MUST be copyright free, as this will be used for commercial purposes. The end result must also be packaged for use on a website as well.
