I have well experience and professional web rtc or live streaming app developer and i have done in cordova plugin in which have feature like 1. Media Player 2. Audio/Video Recorder 3. Live Streaming. 3+ years experience in mobile apps using Cordova based framework . I am not clear whats your exact requirement . Audio/Video recording/playing is part of the core plugin cordova-plugin-media ? Why do you need a new plugin for that ? And there are third party plugins available for streaming on native player. I can help you integrating it in your app if thats what you meant .
