App where the user can take picture, send it and send his location and the orientation of the picture taken -- 2

I want to create an App for IOS and Android, Phones and tablets, I want to develop some Augmented Reality elements using Metaio Creator, then you take the AREL and make an App. [login to view URL] The part I will develop opens the camera and has different buttons. The App has to do the following: 1.- To down load the App, the user has to give Year of Birth, Sex, Country and County of residence, of course get the info of where I want to use this in a database 2.- When the user presses a button, the App has to take a Picture get the geo-location, the tilt, and the compass orientation of the device, and date and time stamped. 3.- Create different buttons that will make a specific phone call where I can change the phone number by region and the user can edit them. This info goes to a maps data base (suggest the best, price, operation and convenience, Google Maps is the only one I know well) on the fly. The database has to be exploited by all the variables we can get. like by the button the user touched, and the geo-location and accelerometer info provided, and group the search and queries in a very powerful way. Suggest a place to store the database (Google maybe) a secure one. We do not now the particular user information; define what info we can get with the registration type. 4.- The user can open the map and see all the balloons around him or her, that have been loaded by him, her or anyone, get the info from the balloon, particularly the picture (access to the map via a website). He can go to different locations and select, the button option, the radio (distance to that particular point) and time band (beginning and ending date and time) also Time schedule like from 8:00 to 22:00 all with sliding bars. [login to view URL] 4.- The App has to have a Vote Section where the user can see how the poll is going, after he votes in any poll, keeping history of the votes he makes, it has to be configurable by me to put the options, different polls to the same and different people so I can choice age, sex, region, etc. 5.- A section where the user can see the pictures in any location and choosing radio, and like or dislike the pictures of the different buttons, like Tinder, the more likes the picture gets the better top position the pictures gets for the next person to go through the pictures. The App has to be able to be translated automatically in the most popular languages App requirements: the App has to comply with all Apple Store and Google Play requirements and also the legal ones A site where I can configure the App.
